When I press my A/C recirc switch the light comes on but nothing happens, all other a/c and heat functions work ok, I pulled the glove box out and I think the actuator may have a leaky diaphram, I can see the back of it, but most of it is behind the a/c box, can this be gotten to without removing the dash, does it turn like the one on the side for the defrost vents? I did have a bad diaphram there too.

Most of the actuators are the turn type. I'd use a vacuum pump/guage to check the diaphram before removing it..
