I just ordered a floor pan for my 1796 230.4
Only the left side needs replacing as it is almost all rotten through (the previous owner's probably didn't use rubber floor mats.)

I just wanted to know how difficult an operation the removal and welding in of the new pan is and approx. how long a job is it?

Thanks,

AARON ROCHARD

P.S. I also discovered a great place to get aftermarket floor panels for cheap. If anyone is interested, please feel free to ask.
