Euro 500SL relay identification HELP

The Previous Owner cut some wires in the fuse panel and bypassed a relay with a jumper to the Power Window relay. I cannot find what this relay does, however if it is not installed my Power Windows will not work due to the jumper.

Known relays:
Left side of panel – Code 12 – Tall relay – AC compressor time delay.
Left side of panel – Code 6 – short relay – Auxiliary Fan.

Right side of panel – Code 10 – short relay – Power Windows.
Right side of panel – No code – short relay - Unknown relay.

My auto does not have air injection or over voltage protection.

The cut wire is Red/Blue stripe. Also, inside the connector, pins 1 & 4 are tied together via solder jumper - LOOKS factory but unknown - some jakeleg may have done this...

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for any help...
