stalling when slowing or stopping

l have a 1995 E320, owned since new, only 53,000 miles (84,000km) l have a problem that when slowing or stopping the engine cuts out, will not imediately restart, after several minutes will start without cranking. when trying to imediately start acts like flooding. Check engine light comes on, goes out if disconect and then reconect battery. Mecedes dealer diaognostics does not show error.Do not know what to do next.
Changed
New Alternator
New Battery
New fuel filter
New fuel check valves
New fuel sensor
New O2 sensors
New air filter
New plugs
Problem does not happen when normal driving, only when slowing or stopping, seems electrical, hard to understand why time delay will allow restart.
