I have a 1998 S420

The drivers side rear view mirror is getting loose. Not just mirror but the housing also. I wanted to know how to tighten it. If possible pictures would help. I'm not real bright.

Not real sure, but I believe there is a interior-colored cover that resides on the inside of the car where the mirror is located.

To remove, lift upwards then out.

The mirror has 3 screws that hold the housing in place.

Again, I'm speaking from experience on doing this on a completely different year and model of car...
