190 Eoverheating...thermostat?

190 Eoverheating...thermostat?

Last night I drove home (highway for 10 minutes, then slower traffic10 min). Parking car I noticed temp way up around 100.
turned it off. top rad hose was hot, lower seemed cold or mildly warm. Could this be faulty thermostat or a clogged rad?or something else?
