lowering 1996 sl w/ads

hi guy's i am going around and around in calling this place they say dont know how to do it and other places just say you cant lower it. the dealer wount do it. need some pointer's . i am in los angeles area. what happen to just cut the springs and it drops. getting to confuseing. i need help on lowering 1996 sl600 with ads
