Question 300E-Blower Fuse Recall never done

Well, after suffering through a winter with an intermittent blower, it finally quit for good.

Fuses had always looked good, but I knew the (54_013) recall had not been done. The #12 fuse socket had melted down at some point, but whoever did the service at the time simply moved the blower to use the #11 fuse socket instead. Now the #11 fuse socket is melted as well.

Anyways, my question is:

Does anyone have a copy of the 54_013 Recall procedure, or otherwise helpful instructions on moving the circuit out of the box?

I tried search, but nothing specific came up.
