SLS ride height adjustment

SLS ride height adjustment

When adjusting the ride height in the rear with the control rod...is it lefty=lower and righty=raises the car or vice versa.? I've heard that it is very touchy also...half a turn on the rod enough?

And about how much adjustment is there avaialable? TIA
