When at full turn car makes a errrr sound.

When I am pulling out of my drive way or anywhere that requires turning the wheel to its Max it makes an err sound. Is this normal? and it is only at that point it makes it. The fluid levels are fine and the power steering was replaced about 2 years ago.
PS the car is an Europe 85 500sel
