fender molding clips

I am trying to find the plastic clips that secure the upper fender molding on the 87 124 chassis. There are 3 per side and they are used only on the front fender, the doors are different. The dealer said they only come with a new molding. I was able to get all the other clips except these. They are white plastic with a square base that fits into the molding and a protuding shaft that pops into the fender grommet. Any help would be appreciated.
