Normal Vacuum Reading

Hello,

Does anybody know what the normal vacuum reading is at idle?
I read about 15 inHg on my '86 and 88 M103 Engine. They have more than 220000 KM on them. Is it expected to be that low for old engines (due to piston ring wear)?
