1988 300E Torque Spec

Hi All,

For 1988 300E

Does anybody know the torque specs for:

1) Water Temperature Sensor (black with 4 pin terminal)(22mm)

2) Water Temperature sender (one pole) (19mm)

3) A/C ACC Temp Sensor (Blue with 2 pins terminal)(19mm)

Oh, is there is spreadsheet to look up all the torque values
I have the manual on CD, and I could not find these values.

Thank You in advance,

Sam

I suspect that no one uses a torque wrench on these. My best guess would be 15-20 lbs. They are not under load. You just want a tight seal without stripping the threads.

They must be on the CD somewhere but everything is tough to find there. The Haynes 124 manual has them at the beginning of every chapter - very easy to find. I have both the CD and the Haynes manual and find Haynes more useful, and a whole lot easier to use.
