Unhappy Idling Woes

My '89 190E 2.6 has 121,000 on her. She's started idling rough lately on startup. often in the morning I have to start her more than twice, because she'll always stall out at first. On the second start she'll idle, but rather rough. I'll restart her a third, then she'll idle smooth-er, but not as smooth as she used to. I only use premium, and a new fuel pump relay was installed 2 months ago. Any advice on what I can look at?

Sounds like your cold start injector or cold start valve. Does she start up better when she's warm? You might also want to replace your O2 sensor if that hasn't been done recently as they do die and cause rough idle/bad mixture issues.
If none of these work, then you start looking at expensive fixes. Good Luck!
