1999 CLK430 error codes
Guys,
Question for you: My MZB (50,000 miles), is getting a intermittent "Check Engine light". A friend of mine performed diagnostics, and it comes up with codes "Fuel Trim 1 and 2". Supposedly the first question is "is my transmission running poorly?". Well, It certainly seems fine to me. The "Check engine light" will go out after a few days. Does this sound like it could be the "Air Mass Sensor"? (also....there's only ONE AMM...right?) Is it easy to install? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks! Sarge

Sounds like you do need an air mass sensor, MB number 113-094-00-48 & list is $224.
