Where is the OverRelay Voltage in a '94 E420 located?

Where is the OverRelay Voltage in a '94 E420 located?

Hi,

I been searching high and low for the location of the OverRelay Voltage in a '94 E420. I was told it is behind the battery-looking box on the passenger side of the engine..

but I do not see it, can anyone help?

Is there a picture (jpg,gif) that shows the location of all relays?
