I need to replace window switch on 420

I need to replace the passenger side front window switch on my 89 420. Is there a simple key to removing the console to get at the switches?

Thanks to all!

First remove the ash tray. Then remove the plastic tray in front of the wood panel, then push the wood panel forward tward the front of car about 3/4 in. The panel should come up far enough to remove the switch.

Sounds simple, Great

Great that sounds simple enough. The new window switch I ordered came in today but it's defective. The rocker part keeps comming off the pivot points. Factory Defect.

I'll go head and try to remove the panel just for fun and practice till the replacement switch arrive.

Thanks
