603 pre-combustion chamber resurfacing tool
Anyone renting or selling this tool or can tell me how to install prechambers without leakage?

Don't know why you want to ream 603 pre-chamber. It is not aluminum, it is steel. May be you can use this or something similar. Using a hand drill or turn it by hand.

The head is aluminum

The angled surface where the prechamber seats against the head is aluminum. It’s leaking after installing prechambers from a #14 head into a #17 head

I know the head is aluminum. My recommendation on using a round sand stone still hold true. I will make do.
