250C troubles...

One of my 250C's has decided not to start for some reason.I've been sooo used to her starting right up and after our last rain it hasn't started since.She's getting spark,I've changed the coil and I know the Zeniths are cool so I don't know what else to do (yet) because I'm ready to tear the whole thing apart and find out what's going on. I don't think it was just because of the last rain because right before that, at least a week or so prior, I'd notice that it would take just a tad longer to start.She will turn and turn like crazy but does nothing even if I spray starter fluid into the carb. I pulled the fuel line and it pumps out just fine. I just gave up but ready to get back to her because she rides like a dream (when running) any thoughts guys? Does this baby have a fuel relay that could be the culprit and if so, where is it because I don't have any shcematics on anything as far as relays, vacuum,electrical although I plan on doing that. If anyone knows where the fuel relay would I'd appreciate any advice. I think I noticed something that COULD be a relay on the side of the engine bay but not sure yet. Thanks
