1971 250C POWER WINDOW FAILURE

The front passenger & rear driver side power windows on my 1971 250C failed at the same time.

Are there fuses/relays to be checked before I dig into the motors/switches?

I don't see anything window related in the fuse box under the hood on the driver side.

There are auxilliary fuse holders located on the right side of the engine compartment, on the firewall. In your car there are likely to be three duplex holders. Those fuses are for the windows, rear window heat, and a/c and heat fans. The windows are fused diagonally. The relays are above the right footwell and forward of the glovebox.

Ahh, the beauty of the blown fusion solution. Thanks, Frank!
