Should I part out my Euro equiped 1977 450 SE ?

I purchased a 1977 450 SE in 2000 with the full intent of future restoration in mind, this model was not imported into the US that year. I have been advised by someone considered knowledgable that due to the valuable " Euro " parts on it it would be to my advantage to sell parts; bumpers, headlights with the wipers, taillights and even needing a rebuild the Euro engine with the hot cam. Can I get some feedback on what fair prices would be for some of the most sought after parts? I have not decided on that route but my ability to work on cars has gone becouse of medical issues. WGMIII
