How to respond to private messages ?

Since this site is not real obvious as to how to use,
Who can tell me the step by step procedure on how to respond to a private message ?

Also how to send one ?

Are here instructions posted somewhere on this strange site ?

And BTW, what's a "Thread" ?

If you look at your upper right hand corner where your username is, you'll see a button for Private Messages. Click on that and the rest will be self explanatory.

I also suggest that you click on the FAQ button on the top bar. It is between
ShopForumGallery and Community; you'll find a lot of answers there.
