DB Depot retractable 3-point seat belts

Has anyone here installed the retractable 3-point seat belts listed on this page?

http://www.dbdepot.de/englisch/108/index_1024.html (click on Accessories in the left pane to see the listing)

I am especially interested in the rear seat installation. They appear to mount to the hat shelf; is that really a solid enough mounting point to provide any protection in a crash?

Other than that, any comments or other suggestions for 3-points in the rear of a 108? I'll be needing them for a car seat a few months down the road, so they don't need to be retractable, just solid.

Do they have their prices listed? I couldn't find them, but I know that Andover restraints has a version for the rear seats. http://www.andoverrestraints.com/

I've had their front seat retractable kit installed and I'm happy with it. I've been looking for a rear seat solution as well.

If you are just installing a regular car seat which I currently use in the back of my car, the factory two point belt is enough to securely hold the seat in place. But if you are moving to a booster seat, then you need a 3pt belt.

Pricing appears to be 64 euros per setup (plus shipping to the US). The andoverrestraints stuff looks interesting, but pretty expensive (and maybe not as application-specific as the dbdepot stuff).

My 1976 280C (114) had retractable rear belts. My 1971 250C (114) does not but I just checked and it has the threaded boss for the shoulder attachment point. It is a nut looking thing in the trunk hinge mount. Look forward of the trunk opening where the fixed part of the hinge is welded to the body. You may see what looks like a large nut with no bolt.
On my coupes, the retractor mounts on the package shelf, the end of the belt mounts to the outside belt mount under the seat and the buckle is on the inboard side of the seat.
