FREE MBZ-Fallbrook, CA

A friend of mine, who is a real estate agent, contacted me and asked if I'd be interested in a FREE Mercedes. Seems that she had sold the property and the PO left the car there. Just tow it away and it's yours. You should be able to view the pictures here:

If you're interested, contact me, with your telephone number, at: Rockyf500@hotmail.com

free...and worth every penny. I see a decent parts car there, looks like someone already started helping themselves to loose trim. The 108/109 is such a good looking body style though, I have to find an excuse to buy one.

The interior looks decent but I have too many projects on the plate.

The third photo (showing the front of the car) in the slideshow is a great photo. Seriously.

Site wouldn't let me dig up a working link to show it over here, but I CAN order a 22 x24 apron with the image emblazoned on it.

If that car were within reasonable distance to me, I'd be working on it right now - rain or not. I'd have it in my garage, putting my 4.5 into it!

I am going to go up there and get it sometime soon.... I have to find a trailer first.

Apparently the keys have gone missing, anyone know how to disable the column lock without destroying the ignition?

Dial 411 and ask for a mobile locksmith in the city and state you are in

(sorry couldn't resist....someone else will likely pipe in with a better or more technical suggestion )

take care,

Jester
