With Prem gas at $4.50 a gallon in SF, I'd sell that beast too!!

Thats a beautiful car, and just the right color. all you need is a
POSITIVE cash flow. no problem. but it could kick butt.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.

Good question. My E300 has a 5x plate, and the Jetta has a 6x. What are they up to now, 6x, 7x? The E300 was registered in CA in August of 2005, originally a Texas car, and the Jetta was registered here in April 2007.

Possibly not an original CA car? Still looks good, but I'd like some interior pics. Not a daily driver (gas prices), but it would make an excellent weekend car..

It could have had personalized plates, but I would want to know the story first.
