So do you have 6.3 parts handy? the 6.3 that i recently bought had a small fire around the air filter where the PO tried to start it with Either. So I may need the housing. I also need the headliner bows as the PO converted this car from a sunroof car to a non sunroof car. All the best Al

Have you tried asking the dealer for sheet metal? The chances of anybody having new 108/109 metal and being cheaper than either the classic center, Rusty or Caliber (now MB of Aneheim) strikes as being slim to none, since nobody makes these parts anymore.
I've collected a few spare sets of rockers over the years from folks giving up restoration dreams and selling the parts on ebay. But finding them that way will take a while. -CTH |

I second this. I just bought a brand new OEM floor and splash panels from Rusty and he was the cheapest deal by far (plus he is local for me). Beat K&K by far, and Adsit did not have anything listed for 111 coupes. Found another OEM floor for $25 on ebay (always make sure you know the part numbers you are looking for). Note of caution: both my new OEM floors have some mold flow wrinkles, meaning the metal is a little deformed in a spot (like it was wrinkled). I haven't put them in yet so cannot attest to the exact fit, but it sure beats hammering those things from scratch. Inside rockers look easier to make (straight stuff) and is covered by carpet anyway (more forgiving for errors). Outer rocker may be worthwhile to buy again because people look at it. But don't be suprised if there are fit problems when you take the old one off and try to put a complete new one on. Metal deforms and even new metal may need some bangs to get it straightened, especially if you put too much welding heat into it. Good luck, Bert
