Question 1967 250S Sticky Brake? Brake lines?

Hello, I have a 250S with a sticky rear caliper I thought; however, after taking the wheel off and changing the caliper I found black chunks of rubber coming through my rear line, and now the line is plugged. Looks like a rubber hose or something is coming through the line. I only did the 1 rear wheel so far, but this is concerning to me. I feel the need to blow out all of the lines with air, and change the hoses. Will this fix the issues? Any suggestions? Thoughts? Thank you.

Brake hoses deteriorate on the inside and plug the lines. Replace them and flush the system.
