Does anyone know if I can replace the rear seat of my 1972 250C with the seat from another model, perhaps a 250 sedan or a 280C? If the rear seat from other models can fit, it would certainly give me more options as I look for salvage parts. Thanks!

A coupe seat from the same model range (W114-115) will interchange. A sedan seat will not. The sedan seats are wider.

It is possible to use the sedan seat covers, with some judicious tucking and squeezing, over the coupe spring sets.
