Seek, search, share your experience and wisdom!
Hello Peaches,
When I have a mechanical problem I am attempting to solve, I search the archives first to see if the question I have has been asked and if solutions have been proposed. It is fantastic to find the answer without having to ask the question that has been asked dozens of times. Please! PLEASE!! When you come and ask for help, come back and share your experience and wisdom and let us know how you fixed the problem. Take pictures! Post a video on youtube! We love a happy ending!! If you had to fix the same problem again, what would you do differently? What do you wish you had known before you started the project? Could you have done it an easier way or saved money somehow? Find your original thread and give us an update when the job or project is finished. This website is a great resource, but only as good as the people who use it to share information. You can make a contribution when you fix something. It will help a fuzzy new peach fix his car or make an informed decision about repairs. Thank you for making this the best place to find solutions and options when you want to fix it yourself!
