ACC II Trouble shooting?

Last fall I found a great site for testing the ACC II system, but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone have any links that are better than the FSM?

Holy crap, I hate ACC II. I spent about 6 hours tracking my problem down and found out it was because of a cracked vacuum one-way valve in the engine compartment. The ACC system didn't have enough vacuum to flip switches. It sucks because you don't know if the problem is electrical or vacuum related and both systems are complex.
