can u identify these 75 280c parts?

See attachments below
I'm very curious where the line goes that comes off part no 2
First photo shows part1 and part 2 with part no 2 located directly beneath part no 1. Part no 1 has a 3/8 " hose going into it and another 3/8 "hose coming out of it that goes to rear of carb, along with a wire at top and is located on drivers side fender well.
The second photo shows 3way located at corner of front of car and driver's side It has 3 lines coming out of it Line A goes to front side of carb, Line B goes to part no 1 and line C goes to ??
The third photo shows parts 4 and 5
I think part no 5 is the catalytic converter, not sure about part no 4 (which is located below it)- has something to do with the carb

Part number 2 has something to do with the vacuum advance for when you turn on the A/C compressor. It sends more vacuum to the carb and causes it to raise the idle RPM

Part number 4 is the cruise control actuator. It has a cable running from it along the firewall to the throttle linkage.

Part number 5 is the catalytic converter

part no 2

The line coming off part no 2 contains two 1/16" plastic lines one is colored red and one is clear - in this car they lead nowhere - trying to figure out where they should have gone - someone must have bypassed something and disconnected them

clarification

FYI Rahulio I think your response above to part no 2 was actually for part no 1 - since the line off it leads to carb Thx for the speedy response
