HELP! M110 Fuel Pressure problem

Can anyone make sense of my fuel pressure readings?

System: 77 psi
Control: 77 psi

What does this mean ?? I took the WUR apart & verified the inlet & outlets are both open.

Stu:

Check the return line from the WUR to tank for blockage.

Okay, I checked the steel line from the WUR to the fuel distributor. It is clear. Am I missing another line somewhere? The large return line to the fuel tank seems fine.In fact, I hooked a longer line feeding into a gas can & the pressures remained the same.

Also possible blockage in the line from FD to the WUR, in the connection at the top of the FD, and in the section of the pressure regulator that acts as a shutoff valve for return flow from the WUR (known as a "push valve").

Does the WUR actually warm up from electric heating? Although the passages which you observed seem to be open when the WUR was disassembled, might it be that the valve does not move away from the inlet? If the line out of the WUR is disconnected, and the fuel pump is run, is their flow out of the WUR?
