Water?

Hello List

So should I change my coolant fluid before storing it through the winter? :
With Distilled OR Tab OR Drinking (bottle) water50%/50% MB coolant? Now on Destilled 50%/50% MB coolant
Thank You. Tomorrow is the last day I can do this. What is the best way of doing it with thermostat in?

you are in the freeze zone? use mb coolant and follow the mb dealer mix. also if you have nice meats on it put jack stands
under the 4 corners .. nothing worst than rotten tires.

Don't worry spring will be here again

Tap water and a quality coolant (like Havoline Extended Life) 50/50 is fine. But do NOT use only H2O - cracked block, rad, etc! Ouch! Remove block drain plugs or it'll take forever, and the block will NEVER drain 100% w/o them out. One on each side. You have to get them from underneath, and they are a HUGE pain. If you take them out and nothing comes out, fish around in the drain hole with a screwdriver to loosen crud up until it flows out.

I am in Boston.

I know where the two engine bolds are, but one is blocked by the transmission line. So what to do?
