How much are the Bridgestone's on your car now?

I vote for neither. Mich are expensive and Pirelli's wear fast and make a bit of noise.

Yokohama and Bridgestone are my two choices.

I just got Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S on the Golf - 195-65-15 91H. The most weight to balance was 1.75 oz, the others were 1.00 and 1.25 oz. Smooth as silk all the way to 95 MPH (don't ask how I know). Handles nicely in dry. It should rain by tomorrow and I will report if I am driving in it. MPG hit (if any) will be reported in a couple of weeks after they break in a bit. I should have gotten these on the 300E. Tirerack is great - tires arrived in 2 days via UPS.

Ditto that!
Yokohamas are an excellent tire! I am in Love with the dB-2S (or is it dB-S2?)
They handle extremely well, are wearing well and no problems balancing on 124 300D turbo. I left Michelin for Pirelli, now I'm a Yokohama diehard, ha!

I am partial to Bridgestone, Kuhmo, and Toyo.

I like Toyo but they are $$$$...

Bridgestone is good, and they are decently priced.

Kuhmo has also been a good, decently performing tire that is fairly inexpensive.

In my experience Michlin is the best then Yokohama. I was driving at 250KM/H when the rare tire totaled. I barely noticed, it was Yokohama 225/60/R15 w96.

I also support Yokohamas. Always used Michelins in the past and tried a set of Yokos... never looked back. Now I shod my wifes BMW in them as well. Good performance, quiet, look good, and wears very well.

I've done the same. Love my Yokos.. I searched TireRack and got user opinnions, they all liked Yoko. Got 'em from TireRack.. shipped to and installed by small garage I also found at TireRack.

What sized rim??? On mine, I have the Chrome 15 Holers, and I run a 215/60 tire.
