wheels hubs

Hello All,

I Have a stripped lugbolt and stripped threads in the hub on my 420sel. I have wanted to replace my jacked up aftermarket rims that came with my car. i need to know if what i need to do is just helicoil the hub or replace it. If I have to replace the hub, do I buy the wheel hub flange kit from fastlane?
do helicoils stand up to constant bolt removal and retightening?
