Hubcap question
Hey guys. I have a wheel question for my W116.
I'm looking at ways to fix my inaccurate speedo (still need to get the larger tires) but wondered, did Mercedes produce larger steelies with the hubbies? I'm not a fan of Bundts, I think they're dirt ugly (puts flame suit on). The current setup is stock 14s with the hubbies. Did they by any chance produce 15s with hubbies? IIRC I think they did for the R107. Any verification on this? This style:

Psh, bundts look awesome when they are clean and painted nice.
Either way, there are several wheel types that fit these cars.......I am not sure on the steel wheels though.

earlier 107 wheels
... were 14" and either bundt or steelies with wheel covers depending on age. Fifteens started with the 560SL in 1987 and were alloys without covers.

15" steel wheels with matching wheel covers are extremely rare
