Best New Tires for a W210--1999 E320 4M Wagon

The wagon has 130,000 miles on it now...and I have always stuck with the OEM Michelin Energy MXV4 for tire replacements. Looking back at all my records, these tires need replacement between 30,000 and 40,000 miles...and I am looking for a comparable ride/noise/handling combination but better longevity. Does anyone have good tire recommendations for the 210s?

Thanks again...hope everyone had a good fourth!

I have been using the RE960AS and the previous RE950's on my W202's which have nearly identical suspension to the W210. I think they are excellent. I get between 40-50K on them. I do run the pressures at 36 PSI all around. The Turanza Serenity might give even better mileage.

As a Michelin advocate I recommend a set of Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. There are very favorable reviews of this tire on the MBCA website.

Thanks...have limited it to Bridgestone--Pole Position or Serenity--Michelin--Primacy MXV4--or Sumitomo--HTR4. Any last thoughts?

I would opt for the Turanza Serenity if it was my choice but the Primacy MXV4 is also a good choice although it also tends to wear fast like its predecessor the Energy MXV4

call me directly or use this LINK for more information
