They look to me like the '95 124 Special Edition wheels I took off of my '95, stored because IMO they're not pretty, ... 15x6.5 ET44 sounds right, 5x112mm bolt circle ball-seat. Check for a 124 part number on the back.

yeah, they do have a w124 part number.. I thought they were from an M class.
What's a fair price for those with decent tires?

I'd say they're probably worth $250 with "decent tires". If the tires are not more than 4years from the DOT date code and 60% tread, even though they're mediocre Bridgestones.

Without tires more like $200 max., if no scars. You'll probably need lug-bolts, are they included?

They're a fairly uncommon wheel, AFAIK only installed on the 1995 E320 "special edition", and likely US only.

Still, they're 15" wheels, which don't bring much money these days.

If they are W124 wheels I would think they would be something like ET35 offset. Not sure what kind of car you have, but they will not fit the older W123s and W126s

No, early 124s had 49 offset. Jeff is correct, the later ones had an offset of 44.

They came with my w201.. Thought about putting them on, but I found a set of AMG rims with good tires for about the same amout of money that you say these are worth.

This one came from a w126 coupe.. not the best looking rim, but an improvement over the stock w201.. plus they are AMG.

I am, but I'm trying to get a bit more for them.. I took out the emblem and now they are "universal" rims for Audi, MB and VW. If they don't sell for what I want I'll post them here.

Okay, they're nice wheels. I was looking for a little more pizazz though.

If they are your wheels, why not turn them over and see what size they are? It's stamped on the back side.
