16 xet28 on w123 -doable?

I have found conflicting info on this size wheel fitment and as far as tire size also some say no more that a 205x?x16 and someone else said no problems with michilen 225X50x16. thanks for the input.

225/50/16 works, i have used this setup on 16x8.5 et22 BBs RS wheels
