Ooooohhhh sparkly! I'm not a big fan of all chrome Bundts, but those are cool. Give's the regular Bundts a little flare. I'd buy 'em for a dollar! Some of our European members need to snap those up.

Not chrome. looks like the centers are painted, and the rim edge is polished.
I have seen polished bundts, and look pretty good. forget chroming them, it pits and peels later on from neglect. I did read that the chrome rims tend to leak air around the bead.

I don`t know if I would want these rims. look what it did to this poor old car.

People love trashing the folks that pimp out the old MBs, but if that had been a Ford of the same era no one says a thing. What gives.

I saw Ponton on the web one time that had been lowered and looked like a hot rod. I thought it was cool. Here is the link http://www.europeancarweb.com/features/epcp_0911_mercedes_benz_pontoon_egon_booms/index.html
I guess it's more a Ponton body on a 190E frame.

IN REAL LOOK MUCH BETTER!!!!

Those are sharp. One could probably duplicate them with some paint, some time and a lot of elbow grease.

Pimping one out at least saves one from the dump. If the guys spending the money to make it look like he wants it and keep it alive who cares.

When I get around to finally redoing the 85 300CD, I'm going to do it my way. Change it's paint, Change it's interior, modernize a few parts (Like the Sound system) Sure, it's chopping up a low numbered survivor, but the other guys that own them should be happy that I just made their originals worth more!
