I CURRENTLY HAVE STOCK RIMS & TIRES ON MY 99 E 320 4 MATIC, I PURCHASED AMG MONOBLOCKS FROM TIRERACK,HOWEVER I CURRENTLY HAVE A SET OF EAGLE F1 245R17VR45,WILL THESE TIRES FIT,RIDE WELL & LOOK GOOD(RESEMBLE E55 LOOK), OR SHOULD I USE 235R17 45,PLEASE RESPOND WITH ADVICE

I would get the 235/45/17 because the 245/45.17 might rub. You will aslo have an error with the Seedo if you use the 245/45/17.

Jim,
Go with the W210 V8 factory "sport" sizing of 235/45/17. Going wider and taller at the same time can result in rubbing. The E55 uses 245 width rubber but has specific offset wheels AND rolled fenders. Hope this helps...Lee |
