The holy grail of rim find ,whats the value?

I havent seen them but rather was told of their existance with the owners name and number ,the details are that they are true evo II rims ,17 " that were light race worthy additions to factory evo II cars.Hopefully the owner has no fondness and find them rather plain and has no more space to keep them .
