Can I use 16x7 (f) and 16x7.5(r) rims with 225/50 tyres all around??

Hi,
I am curious if using 16x7et37(front) and 16x7.5et41 rims with 225/50 tyres on a W124 will cause any negative effects.
In particular, I wonder if fitting the same tyre to wheels with marginally different widths will result in discernable differences in the rolling radii?
Anyone have any thoughts....
Thanks
farrukh

ps. I am using the 16x7s to bring the wheel closer inside the wheelarch.

the 225's will most likely rub ... I wouldn't suggest that size for a w124
