I have a '94 C280. I have upgraded to 16 inch rims and run a 205 55 16 tire. Right now I have Goodyear HPs and I hate them, especially in wet conditions. I run a set of Blizzaks on the original 15 inch rims for the winter, so I don't need a tire that has snow performance as a consideration. Basically I want a good performance-oriented tire that performs well in the rain and wont make too much noise. I'm not terribly concerned with tire wear as the car only gets about 7500 miles a year, split between two sets of tires.

Any recommendations?
