The maintenance schedule for the SLK will be the same as the one on your car.
There is not really a whole lot that gets done on the A and B checks, it is a lot of check this and check that.
Mostly, its an oil/filter change, new windshield wiper blade, change the climate control dust filter, change the engine air filter if its needed, check the serpentine belt, check for leaks anywhere on the car, check the brakes, etc.
Also, at 100k miles, the spark plugs should be changed. Additional things I would change on the car if you are not sure how long it has been are the coolant and brake fluid. And, although it is "supposed" to be a permanent fill, I recommend changing the transmision fluid and filter. Do a search on 722.6 and you will find a huge debate over fluid and filter changes on this car.
