I'm glad to see my experiance had made a contribution to the forum.
Over the past few years I managed to work out all the issues in the car, the only thing still not working is my A/C, but I can live without it.
Someone once told me that the 190E was the worst mercedes ever produced, it made me laugh since my car is over 20 years old and it passed its last emission test without a hitch, starts everytime, never completely left me stranded on the road, and I fixed everything in it myself. Oh yea, and parts are cheap for it also, how is that for a great buy?
My next buy, I will try to make it a 300E, but there are other cars out there I'd love to have, only problem is, I can't exactly afford them yet, but I hope I have a long life ahead of me, and there sure are a lot of older cars out there
So remember, don't junk them, restore them, and if you don't want to, look me up, I'll happily accept donations in the form of aged cars with potential
