I just had this problem on mine '87 300E last week. None of the window worked. Check your fuse. I believe it is #8 and #9. If you are like me still using the "old" type, change them out to the "new" type. Even it they look OK. I learned my lesson, a $300 lesson to be exact, from the dealership. That's what they did for me. A $1.50 fuse cost me $300.
