Chaning the oil pan, as easy as it looks?

Is changing the oil pain on a 1982 300D as easy as it looks?

Just drain the oil and then remove all the allen-bolts, install new pan with gasket? Anything I should be aware of? Anything I should check for while I've got the pan off?

There's a decent sized dent in mine, and I want to eliminate the pan as the possible source of a small oil leak (I know it could be something else above, but this will at least take the pan and gasket out of the equation).

Thanks,

Pete.
