If you're like me, you lose cell phones or damaged them a lot.

Insurance is the way to go, but some of us have worn out our welcome with Papa insurance so we need an alternative to the price gouging of hte cellphone companies.

Example: Cingular(my carrier) will let you buy a funky phone for 69.00 with a 2 year contract. If you lost that phone, you will have to pay full price if it happens within 18 months of the original date.

I refuse to pay 349.00 for a phone so I searched online for an alternative.

I came across letstalk.com and ordered a Nokia 6382 camera phone with blue tooth capability, which I need casue I drive a lot.

219.00 including shipping

Cingular wanted 349.00 for that same phone.

It's brand new, cingular ready and came with a new SIM card in case I needed one. I just switched the one from my old phone and voila! back in business.
