Well it could be worse, the wife BROKE her elbow last weekend.

Although actually a soft tissue type injury tends to ache a lot longer.
Broken bones aren't all that painful, they do ache though. I've got / had enough broken bones, pulls, strains etc. I've abused this poor old bod way too much over the years.

They'll probably start with some therapy, most times I go learn the exercises/rules and skip it.

Then RELIGIOUSLY do the exercises etc. as instructed.

And don't stop when it feels better, keep doing them for a while longer.
